What you will do
- Design and implement enterprise-grade backend and full-stack solutions for financial institutions.
- Integrate Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent automation into modern applications.
- Build and orchestrate APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures on cloud-native platforms.
- Lead through hands-on development, code reviews, technical coaching, and engineering best practices.
- Work with clients to translate business challenges into technical roadmaps and AI-enabled solutions.
- Support DevOps, platform engineering, cloud-native development, innovation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong backend software engineering experience, preferably with Java, and familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience designing and building cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.
- Knowledge of API design, microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, including experience guiding teams and promoting engineering excellence.
- Senior or lead-level experience; the role requires 40 hours per week.
