What you will do
- Design and implement AI-enabled processes across the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Apply Generative AI, copilots, AI agents, and intelligent automation to software development, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Advise financial services clients on Agentic AI, DevSecOps, platform engineering, and modern software delivery practices.
- Build proof-of-concepts, accelerators, and reusable frameworks to improve engineering productivity and software quality.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to scale AI-driven engineering capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or software delivery transformation.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, AI agents, Large Language Models, or AI-powered developer platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, together with CI/CD and automation tooling.
- Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to connect technology and business objectives.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI output and use AI tools consciously.
- Medior or senior experience level.
