Innovation Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid working with 2 days in the office per week in Cardiff, UK; The Hague, Netherlands; or Washington, USA

Salary: £54,927–£68,659 per year, depending on experience

What you will do

• Identify, frame, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities that improve operational efficiency, quality, service, and risk management.
• Translate operational and business challenges into AI use cases, success measures, delivery plans, and business cases.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of AI-enabled improvement initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead or coordinate pilots, proofs of concept, and experiments to validate feashirify.globalility and business value.
• Partner with Assessment and Operations, Digital, Data, Product, suppliers, contractors, and internal specialists to embed solutions into operational processes.
• Support stakeholder engagement, change planning, adoption activities, benefits tracking, cost estimates, and resource forecasts.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in operational improvement, digital transformation, business analysis, education technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience leading or supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, or data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Ability to translate business problems into requirements, use cases, and implementation plans.
• Knowledge of responshirify.globalle AI, privacy, information security, and ethical considerations.
• Experience using operational or assessment-related data for decision-making and process improvement.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
