Salary: $150,000 - $320,000

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, contractors, and students.
• Develop and implement division strategies aligned with the organizational plan.
• Manage division overhead, capital budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee the quality execution of projects and technical roadmaps.
• Actively recruit and onboard top engineering talent while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Develop methodologies to enable R&D activities in a production environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or technical field required (M.S. preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in Engineering or Program Management.
• 5+ years of experience managing individual contributors, managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Understanding of program/product lifecycles and industry regulations (e.g., FAA, FDA, DO-178).
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
