Salary: $138,900–$222,300

What you will do

  • Lead engineering efforts to adapt SLT platforms for customer-specific device configurations and test needs.
  • Develop custom test site designs including slot configurations, board support, DUT thermals, and automation.
  • Collaborate with customers, applications, and software teams on software specials, data flows, and test execution.
  • Oversee material planning, custom hardware builds, testing, and deployment for customer solutions.
  • Support field deployment and production readiness of customized systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, core engineering, project management, and manufacturing.
  • Mentor matrixed engineering team to foster technical excellence and agility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering or equivalent.
  • 10+ years in semiconductor capital equipment.
  • 3+ years in leadership managing complex multidisciplinary projects.
  • Experience leading development for semiconductor equipment or complex systems.
  • Strong technical leadership balancing depth and business priorities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills; hardware/software integration, system reliability.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving; mentorship abilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience in System Level Test environments.
  • Supporting global customers and deployments.
