What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for modernizing engineering tools and lab environments.
• Implement a Labs as a Service model to standardize provisioning and support across global sites.
• Build an integrated development platform connecting toolchains, CI/CD pipelines, and lab infrastructure.
• Drive cloud migration strategies and domain decoupling for engineering applications.
• Champion DevSecOps practices to automate compliance and embed security into the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Engineering leadership to safeguard critical IP and improve developer productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT or technology leadership.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in engineering applications or lab operations.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale standardization and transformation across global teams.
• Exceptional program management and stakeholder alignment skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with semiconductor workflows such as EDA, verification, and silicon validation.
• Strong understanding of lab functions including bring-up, debug, and failure analysis.
• Experience with remote engineering workflows or lab automation.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma.
