What you will do

  • Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy for DC hardware instrumentation aligned with business and customer needs.
  • Lead cross-disciplinary teams through all phases of product development including hardware, software, and mechanical.
  • Oversee planning and execution of multiple projects from concept to production, managing schedules, resources, and risks.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and translate requirements into product features.
  • Champion best practices in development processes from requirements to release.
  • Mentor team members and manage vendors for quality and timely delivery.

Requirements

  • BSEE required.
  • 5+ years in product leadership for DC/power instrumentation or related hardware.
  • 10+ years hands-on hardware design experience focused on board-level (PCB) products.
  • Proven track record delivering complex hardware from concept to manufacturing.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams, multiple projects, customer engagement, and vendor management.

Nice to have

  • PMP certification.
  • MSEE.
