Senior Sales Engineer (ETX): Supporting sales teams by delivering technical demonstrations and driving proof-of-concepts for secure virtual desktop infrastructure and enterprise connectivity solutions with an accent on ETX subject matter expertise. Focus on building trusted customer relationships across the EMEA and DACH regions while collaborating with virtual sales engineering teams to close new and existing business.

Location: Must be based in or able to work remotely within the DACH/EMEA region

What you will do

• Support sales teams in closing business with new and existing customers through direct or partner channels.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution overviews to establish trusted advisor status.
• Execute proof-of-concepts that bridge business use cases with technical solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert for ETX and provide mentorship to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong peer-level relationships with key customer champions.
• Collaborate effectively within the virtual Connectivity Sales Engineering team across EMEA and the local DACH regional team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales engineering or pre-sales technical roles.
• 10+ years of experience with hirify.global ETX.
• Deep expertise in secure virtual desktop infrastructure, including market trends and end-user priorities.
• Technical proficiency in Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, and REST API development.
• Strong knowledge of network security, encryption (TLS, SSH, VPN), and authentication solutions (SSO, MFA, EntraID, OKTA).
