What you will do

• Supervise, coach, and train the accounting team, including performance management.
• Monitor daily workflows to ensure service levels and timelines are met.
• Oversee cash entry, invoice processing, and broker commission recording.
• Coordinate and review accounts receivable reports to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Assist in analyzing financial statements and performing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for projects, system implementations, and financial audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of related accounting experience in financial transaction recording and analysis.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong technical proficiency in financial accounting and reporting systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
