Salary: $52,000 – $70,000 per year (based on $25.00–$33.65/hr).

What you will do
- Assist risk advisors with new business submissions, underwriting information gathering, and carrier platform coordination.
- Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle, including account setup in Applied EPIC and digital policy delivery.
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as posting premiums, processing deposits, and managing agency billing.
- Conduct weekly follow-ups on aged receivables to maintain current account payment status.
- Provide high-level customer service for billing inquiries, cancellations, and general account support.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate commission agreements and quality control of billing screens.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required (Four-year degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable or Collections experience.
- Demonstrated ability in account management and professional client service.
- Property and Casualty insurance license preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with agency management systems (Applied EPIC strongly preferred).
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet.
