What you will do

• Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for application integration, messaging, workflow automation, and cloud services.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of platform and site reliability engineers.
• Drive the utilization of platform tools and processes across application development teams.
• Manage the migration of on-premise systems to SaaS and cloud-based offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to solve enterprise-level technology challenges.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring efforts to grow the engineering organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• 5+ years of experience in technical management and product management.
• Working knowledge of application integration, messaging/queuing systems, and cloud services.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and operationalizing complex service offerings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airflow, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of security best practices for SDLC (e.g., SSDF).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent certification.
