What you will do
- Develop and manage partnerships with multifamily property owners, managers, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct property assessments for project scoping and baseline data collection.
- Provide technical support to service providers regarding program tracking systems and guidelines.
- Lead meetings with internal teams, utility clients, and partners to track production and program success.
- Communicate program offerings through presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
- Maintain program schedules and delegate tasks to internal personnel.
Requirements
- Must be located in or commutable to St. Louis, MO.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in energy-efficiency program implementation or project management.
- Proven success in customer engagement and working with property owners or contractors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with multifamily programs or property management.
- Technical acumen in building science principles and technologies.
- Experience in short and long-range planning and strategy.
