What you will do

• Develop and manage partnerships with multifamily property owners, managers, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct property assessments for project scoping and baseline data collection.
• Provide technical support to service providers regarding program tracking systems and guidelines.
• Lead meetings with internal teams, utility clients, and partners to track production and program success.
• Communicate program offerings through presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Maintain program schedules and delegate tasks to internal personnel.

Requirements

• Must be located in or commutable to St. Louis, MO.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in energy-efficiency program implementation or project management.
• Proven success in customer engagement and working with property owners or contractors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
