What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective retail customers across EMEA and APAC to drive new logo acquisition.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to align customer business objectives with solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial prospecting and needs discovery to commercial negotiation and contract closure.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, including product management, delivery, and services.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to consistently achieve revenue objectives.
- Leverage market and industry insights to influence solution positioning and respond to competitive threats.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe to fulfill the remote requirements of the role.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise or solution-based sales, preferably in retail or fuel technology sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Commerce (MBA preferred).
- Proven ability to sell multi-component solutions including software, professional services, and managed offerings.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to manage complex customer requirements.
- Experience operating effectively in an international, multi-cultural environment.
