What you will do

• Lead a 24/7 shift team of operators and engineers supporting satellite and ground infrastructure.
• Ensure mission success and system performance to meet customer requirements.
• Act as incident commander for anomalies, managing resources and stakeholder communication.
• Draft and enforce operational procedures and training requirements.
• Coordinate daily with engineering leadership and regional collection planning teams.
• Coach and develop team members through interviews, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management or Technical Project Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting
• Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts

Nice to have

• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Experience with aerospace or satellite ground systems
• Troubleshooting experience for AWS-based systems
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments
