What you will do

• Lead a small Integration & Test team, overseeing daily activities and ensuring process compliance.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to less-experienced engineers.
• Manage system integration and troubleshooting anomalies across hardware, software, and system levels.
• Develop and execute test approaches and procedures for formal customer selloff.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define test success criteria based on customer requirements.
• Perform data analysis and generate comprehensive test reports and briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics.
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, primarily in Test Engineering.
• Proven expertise in radar hardware, software, and system integration (FAT, SAT, DT&E).
• Proficiency with C++, Linux, and MATLAB for tool development and systems analysis.
• U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card) is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for program and business needs.
