TL;DR

Major Account Executive (Business Automation): Leading the growth and adoption of business automation solutions to modernize customer communications and streamline business processes with an accent on B2B sales and relationship management. Focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and delivering tailored solution presentations to C-level executives.

Location: Remote, but candidates MUST reside within Lincoln NE Territory (Primary), Eastern Nebraska, Western Iowa, and South Dakota for occasional travel to client sites.

Compensation: Base USD 65,000 + uncapped commissions (Estimated OTE $110,000)

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for business automation solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level, IT, and Operations leaders.
  • Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored solution presentations aligned with client objectives.
  • Partner with internal pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity tracking in CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful experience selling to B2B accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Must reside within Lincoln NE Territory, Eastern Nebraska, Western Iowa, or South Dakota.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
