hirify.global provides eCOA and clinical research solutions to the Life Sciences industry, specifically focusing on neuroscience business units.

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities using established networks, market research, and industry intelligence.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person sales meetings to present eCOA solutions and guide prospective customers through value discussions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound leads from trade shows, webinars, and marketing activities.
  • Own the proposal process, including RFIs, RFPs, scope discussions, and detailed opportunity documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to align business development commitments with operational execution.
  • Maintain market intelligence on competitors, therapeutic areas, and industry contacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of external sales experience in Life Sciences, clinical research, digital health, diagnostics, or medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research workflows and regulatory considerations.
  • Established professional network within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or CRO environments.
  • Proven experience driving consultative, solution-based sales within large, multinational accounts.
  • Ability to lead sales strategy, develop pipelines, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
