What you will do

• Handle outbound and inbound calls to collect on past-due accounts
• Provide top-tier customer service and support
• Use AI-enabled tools as part of day-to-day workflows

Requirements

• Must be located within a 60-mile radius of Draper, UT
• Must have a designated home workspace (quiet, low-distraction)
• Must have a wired internet connection (at least 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload); wireless/DSL/satellite are not compatible
• Customer service experience and prior collections experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment; computer/typing literacy and ability to work across multiple screens

Hiring process
