What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat accurately and efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong customer service and sales skills to optimize customer interactions.
- Educate customers on products to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in contact center systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Must reside in Canada
- 6+ months of customer service experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage duties with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in call centers, retail, or e-commerce.
- Technical aptitude.
