Senior Solutions Engineer, Public Sector (Cloud Security)

Location: Washington, D.C.; candidates must be U.S. persons residing in the contiguous United States.

Base salary: $189,700–$211,400 USD annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with account executives to provide technical leadership for Federal Civilian and DoD customers and support sales targets.
• Deliver whiteboard sessions, product demonstrations, presentations, training, and proof-of-value outcomes.
• Help customers design detailed test plans to evaluate the Wiz platform in their environments.
• Advise customers on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Represent Wiz at trade shows, technical meetups, and industry events.
• Continuously develop knowledge of product features, industry developments, and technical skills.

Requirements

• Experience in sales engineering and delivering solutions to enterprise customers and C-level executives.
• Mastery of the technical sales process and ability to deliver high-quality demonstrations and training for Federal customers.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, plus cloud security experience.
• Knowledge of network engineering, operating systems, virtual machines, and containers.
• Knowledge of risk-based security assessments and security frameworks.
• Must meet the U.S. person requirements under EAR and ITAR, reside in the contiguous United States, and have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with traditional CSPM tools and SaaS.
• Awareness of CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.
