What you will do

• Design and administer compensation programs including base-pay structures, merit reviews, and incentives.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Analyze complex compensation data and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity across all compensation reporting and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes and systems, including Workday enhancements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compensation, finance, accounting, or consulting.
• Advanced quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, Python, or R.
• Strong English language skills (C1 level required for global business).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance.
• Ability to present complex analyses clearly to senior leadership.
