What you will do

• Drive client projects and events from inception to retrospective independently.
• Serve as the authoritative lead for telecom/IP network planning and OSS data governance.
• Validate complex network designs and enforce enterprise standards across internal teams and contractors.
• Manage CI modeling, data integrity, and platform optimization within the Telecom Network Portal.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful event execution.
• Generate metrics and communicate project status to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of related experience.
• 10+ years of experience in telecom/network engineering, OSS platforms, or network operations.
• Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS, Ethernet, optical transport, and telecom infrastructure.
• Proven experience with OSS/network inventory tools such as Ericsson ENM, Nokia NSP, or Oracle OSS.
• Deep understanding of configuration management, discovery/reconciliation, and ITIL practices.
