Telecom MSP Project Manager (Telecommunications)

What you will do

• Coordinate managed services and telecommunications projects from initiation through completion.
• Support multiple infrastructure projects involving Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, and firewall installations.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, documentation, and close-out information.
• Coordinate circuit ordering, provisioning, scheduling, and status updates with carriers such as AT&T, Lumen/CenturyLink, and Verizon.
• Communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders while working with engineering, operations, and service delivery teams.
• Log and escalate issues, delays, and risks, and maintain accurate project management systems and internal databases.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, service delivery, or operations within telecommunications or managed services.
• Basic understanding of telecom and network services, including Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, or firewalls.
• Exposure to carrier coordination, provisioning, or circuit ordering processes.
• Experience with project tracking tools, ticketing systems, or internal databases.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multi-site or business connectivity projects.
• Familiarity with telecom ordering concepts such as ASR/LSR.
• Interest in progressing into a full Project Manager role.
