What you will do

• Coordinate managed services and telecom projects from initiation through completion.
• Support infrastructure projects including Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, and firewall installations.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to track milestones and tasks.
• Manage communication with telecom carriers for circuit ordering, scheduling, and status updates.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, status updates, and close-out information.
• Log project issues, risks, and delays, escalating to senior team members as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, service delivery, or operations within telecommunications or managed services.
• Basic understanding of telecom and network services such as Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPON, or firewalls.
• Experience with carrier coordination, provisioning, or circuit ordering processes.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools, ticketing systems, or internal databases.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting multi-site or business connectivity projects.
• Familiarity with telecom ordering processes (ASR/LSR concepts).
• Interest in growing into a full Project Manager role.
