What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers regarding product applications and resolve order management issues.
• Manage global business application requests and system issues for SAP and CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams to drive demand generation and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare pricing quotations, manage renewals, and coordinate with Quality Assurance on customer concerns.
• Develop business process documentation and conduct end-user training for system enhancements.
• Identify and implement process improvements in the pre-sales cycle using Lean principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or university degree.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with global manufacturing companies is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
