What you will do

  • Identify and qualify potential new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Match company products and services with client pain points to effectively communicate value.
  • Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, and email outreach to engage prospects and schedule appointments for sales executives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies and playbooks.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in CRM software.
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales support or client services.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to articulate complex messages effectively.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in a sales environment.
  • Active listening skills and a service-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Multilingual proficiency (Mandarin and Cantonese are an advantage).
