Salary: $135,000 - $149,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Lead development and ownership of core SaaS metrics and KPIs, including ARR, bookings, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
• Build and maintain sophisticated, automated financial models using Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
• Partner with executive leadership and GTM teams to provide strategic insights and decision support.
• Collaborate with the CRO and Sales Operations on capacity planning, quota setting, and commission analysis.
• Design and deliver executive-ready reporting and visual storytelling for Board-level presentations.
• Support budget consolidation and forecasting in partnership with the FP&A team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or strategic finance.
• 5+ years of experience specifically in technology or SaaS finance.
• Expert-level financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce is required.
• Must be based in the US (eligible for US-specific benefits).

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CFA professional certification.
• Experience with Tableau, NetSuite, or similar analytics and ERP platforms.
