TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Coppell, TX

Compensation: $40,000 – $67,550 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure high renewal rates and revenue growth.
  • Execute the full renewal lifecycle, from early engagement to contract closure.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products.
  • Conduct outbound engagement via phone, email, and virtual meetings to reinforce product value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking within CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint sales plans and address client needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Excellent English language skills required, both verbal and written.
  • Proven experience using a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel 5–10% for offsite meetings and client engagements.
  • Must be able to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

Nice to have

  • 1 year of experience specifically in sales retention or account management.
  • Experience selling on-premise and cloud-based software solutions.
  • Knowledge of Tax Research and Auditing department workflows.
  • Formalized sales training (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger Sales).
