Compensation: $40,000 – $67,550 USD

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure high renewal rates and revenue growth.
- Execute the full renewal lifecycle, from early engagement to contract closure.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products.
- Conduct outbound engagement via phone, email, and virtual meetings to reinforce product value.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking within CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop joint sales plans and address client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Excellent English language skills required, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience using a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to travel 5–10% for offsite meetings and client engagements.
- Must be able to appear onsite at a office as part of the recruitment process.
Nice to have
- 1 year of experience specifically in sales retention or account management.
- Experience selling on-premise and cloud-based software solutions.
- Knowledge of Tax Research and Auditing department workflows.
- Formalized sales training (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger Sales).
