What you will do
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with strategic media customers, including C-level stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic success plans with clear KPIs to ensure client value realization.
- Drive product adoption and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Manage the full renewal process, focusing on reducing churn and optimizing revenue potential.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ad sales, programmatic advertising, and identity solutions.
- Act as an internal advocate for client needs to drive product enhancements and improvements.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
- Deep knowledge of the media industry, including ad sales, programmatic advertising (DSPs/SSPs), and measurement.
- Proven experience in complex renewal negotiations and managing fixed pricing vs. revenue potential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
