What you will do

• Partner with the Chief of Staff and leadership to support strategic priorities and operational execution.
• Coordinate core planning rhythms, including quarterly OKRs, performance reporting, and initiative tracking.
• Drive high-priority, cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery.
• Develop clear materials and insights to support leadership decision-making and internal alignment.
• Identify operational gaps and design scalable processes in collaboration with functional leaders.
• Act as a connector across go-to-market, product, and revenue teams to translate strategy into execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States or have legal authorization to work there.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff–adjacent roles, preferably from a consultancy background.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior leaders.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
