Director, Strategy and Transformation (Wealth Management): Driving the strategic and financial agenda for the Wealth Management business with an accent on growth, value creation, and operational scaling. Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office)
Salary: $185,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do
- Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to drive revenue and earnings growth.
- Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives for client acquisition and retention.
- Partner with Finance to ensure value realization and alignment with business targets.
- Develop practical business cases for investments and new strategic initiatives.
- Define success metrics and track performance against operational and financial goals.
- Influence senior leadership by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of total work experience, including 3-5 years at a top-tier management consulting firm.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable client impact.
- Experience in wealth or asset management, or relevant adjacent sectors.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to simplify complex problems.
- Must be able to work in the NYC office 3 days per week.

- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies in Wealth Management.
