Salary: $185,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to drive revenue and earnings growth.
• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional initiatives for client acquisition and retention.
• Partner with Finance to ensure value realization and alignment with business targets.
• Develop practical business cases for investments and new strategic initiatives.
• Define success metrics and track performance against operational and financial goals.
• Influence senior leadership by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of total work experience, including 3-5 years at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering measurable client impact.
• Experience in wealth or asset management, or relevant adjacent sectors.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Must be able to work in the NYC office 3 days per week.

• Familiarity with digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies in Wealth Management.
