TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in LATAM)

Salary: Base $120,000–$125,000, OTE $240,000–$250,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for LATAM, including market prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Own bookings, pipeline generation, and revenue growth across the region.
  • Optimize distributor performance and hold partners accountable for revenue and market coverage.
  • Recruit and manage Regional Account Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists as the organization scales.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and leading academic institutions throughout LATAM.
  • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on market clearance and regional expansion priorities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the LATAM region.
  • 5+ years of radiation oncology sales experience.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership or team management experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required.
  • Ability to travel throughout LATAM approximately 40–60%.
  • Experience with both direct and distributor-led sales models across multiple countries.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Experience with enterprise-level healthcare sales or B2B software.
  • Clinical radiation oncology experience.
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes and RFP/procurement.
