Location: Remote (EMEA)

Compensation: €105,000–€110,000 Base / €210,000–€220,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for EMEA, including territory planning and resource allocation.
  • Own revenue growth, bookings, and pipeline generation throughout the region.
  • Collaborate with the Channel Manager to optimize distributor performance and accountability.
  • Recruit, develop, and manage Regional Account Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists.
  • Build strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and leading academic institutions in EMEA.
  • Travel throughout the region (40–60%) to support customers, distributors, and business development.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the EMEA region.
  • 5+ years of radiation oncology sales experience.
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Experience managing both direct and distributor-led sales models.
  • Proven ability to lead remote, multicultural teams.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Clinical radiation oncology experience.
  • Experience with B2B software or healthcare technology sales.
  • Knowledge of regulatory processes and market access activities.
  • Experience with RFP and public-sector procurement processes.
