What you will do
- Lead and manage end-to-end global collections operations to drive timely cash collection and minimize past due balances.
- Govern global credit policies, risk thresholds, and approval frameworks while managing external credit agency relationships.
- Oversee monthly billing processes, invoicing accuracy, and customer onboarding workflows.
- Track and improve key AR metrics, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and manage cash forecasting.
- Ensure adherence to SOX controls and maintain audit readiness across all financial operations.
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive automation, system enhancements, and M&A integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in credit, collections, AR, or finance operations.
- Proven experience managing global teams and complex financial processes.
- Strong understanding of credit risk management, AR metrics, and cash flow optimization.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred) and CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls.
Nice to have
- Experience managing third-party credit tools like Dun & Bradstreet.
- Exposure to M&A integrations.
- Background in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
