What you will do

• Manage customer credit risk assessments and financial limit reviews.
• Monitor accounts receivable ageing and proactively follow up on overdue balances.
• Execute collections activities and negotiate payment plans with customers.
• Identify and resolve billing, pricing, and dispute issues in collaboration with internal teams.
• Reconcile cash payments and support cash application activities.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly AR reporting, including SOX controls and cash forecasting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit, collections, or finance-related roles.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret P&L and Balance Sheet statements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, customer-focused environment.
