What you will do

  • Own and automate the global Order-to-Cash (O2C) process to effectively support growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the ERP manager to implement modern automation tools and agents for billing and revenue workflows.
  • Manage the control environment for O2C, resolving risk and compliance gaps aligned with accounting and tax principles.
  • Partner with Sales and Legal to co-create billing solutions that balance default risk mitigation with commercial growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure accurate deliverables for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering professional growth through structured training and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting, or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or Bilanzbuchhalter.
  • Comprehensive grasp of IFRS and/or HGB within an international context.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional accounting and closing experience, ideally in a scale-up environment.
  • Proven project management experience with a focus on ERP implementation or optimization.
  • Demonstrable leadership experience based on empathetic management and mentoring.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a highly structured, independent way of working.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish and/or German.
