What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond promptly to customer emergency requests.
• Complete pre-site surveys and manage parts inventory accurately.
• Document service activities and report on technical trends or challenges.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism and safety in casino environments.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Clean and valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a gaming license.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including regional and national trips.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds and operate a box truck.
