Location: Hybrid in Maryland, US. Must be able to obtain and maintain gaming licenses. Travel to other facilities may be required.

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance on EGMs, ETGs, and equipment per gaming commission and company standards.
• Conduct diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing to ensure proper operations.
• Navigate management terminals to verify EGM status and complete accurate incident reports and maintenance records.
• Assemble and prepare accessories for installations and complete detailed tech logs.
• Adhere to safety procedures, maintain tools and equipment, and stay current with field advisories and eLearning.
• Review customer issues with management and technical leads.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and obtain/maintain gaming licenses.
• One year experience in assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices (or six months plus gaming school certificate).
• Basic troubleshooting of electronics, mechanics, electricity, networks, and PC operation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, use hand/power tools safely, and read schematics/service manuals.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and good customer relations/problem-solving.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college electronics training helpful.
