TL;DR

Sr. Sales Executive (Professional & Managed Services): Driving consultative sales cycles for enterprise software support and managed services with an accent on ERP modernization and AI-driven innovation. Focus on building executive-level value narratives, expanding strategic accounts, and navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles within the NAMER East region.

Location: Remote, must be based in the United States (Eastern Time Zone). Periodic travel (50%+) is required.

Salary: $120,000–$180,000

What you will do

  • Build a book of business by engaging with existing clients and prospects to identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with executive and operational stakeholders to sell advisory-led engagements.
  • Develop 12–24 month expansion strategies for strategic accounts, focusing on stabilization, optimization, and AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with matrixed teams including Pre-Sales, Product Management, and Delivery to scope and estimate projects.
  • Interface with the legal team to draft contract outlines, including scope, schedule, and RACI structures.
  • Develop sales materials, including value proposition pitch decks and budgetary proposal templates.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Professional or Managed Services Sales within enterprise technology.
  • Must be based in the US (Eastern Time Zone) with the ability to travel 50%+ of the time.
  • Proven success generating pipeline within installed enterprise accounts and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of ERP environments (SAP, Oracle) and SaaS ecosystems.
  • Experience building executive-level business cases and ROI models.
  • Excellent fluency in English (written and verbal).
