What you will do

• Translate EMEA Innovative Medicine business priorities into procurement-led initiatives.
• Adapt and deploy global category strategies across multiple EMEA markets.
• Lead complex sourcing events, negotiations, and strategic procurement projects.
• Provide marketing procurement expertise across agencies, data and analytics, marketing operations, and distributor services.
• Engage senior stakeholders and connect business teams, category teams, Agile teams, and Global Services.
• Drive savings, value delivery, compliance, efficiency improvements, and supplier performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5–7+ years of procurement experience, ideally in complex, multi-country environments.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, stakeholder engagement, influencing, and business-partnering skills.
• Experience leading projects and managing parallel priorities across multiple markets.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect procurement outcomes to business impact.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing procurement and supplier ecosystem optimization.
• Expertise in business data analysis, category management strategy, sustainable procurement, and vendor selection.
