What you will do

• Lead and motivate a team of account managers to exceed performance goals.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Standardize and implement lead tracking reports to monitor KPIs and team performance.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to provide regular program management updates.
• Partner with leadership to develop strategies for outreach, marketing, and external training.
• Serve as a customer advocate to ensure proactive communication and high satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must reside in Michigan
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• 3-5 years of experience in account management with a track record of client retention.
• Prior experience leading a team with strong motivational and development skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to various audiences.
