What you will do

• Navigate complex organizational hierarchies to build and deepen relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and renewal.
• Lead client onboarding and define standard operating procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Architect 3-year supply chain roadmaps aligned with client global business goals.
• Collaborate with global operations teams across Asia, North America, and Latin America to ensure consistent service.
• Mentor and coach fellow account managers on best practices for client partnership and support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations, sales, or account management.
• 2+ years of specific experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Proven track record of cross-selling and consultative sales.
• Strong business acumen with a hands-on, process-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work onsite in Paris, France.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
