What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, managing complex sales cycles end-to-end.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align client business objectives with the product roadmap.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Marketplace, Drop Ship, and Catalog Manager products.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to proactively address client challenges and position the platform as the definitive choice.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or client success within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell motions with complex enterprise clients.
- Fluent English (C2) and Fluent French (C2) are required.
- Experience working in an international context with the ability to navigate cultural nuances across EMEA markets.
- Strong business acumen and financial rigour to interpret complex contracts and revenue implications.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to design and execute long-term account plans.
