What you will do

• Establish and execute a comprehensive North America revenue cycle strategy with defined KPIs.
• Provide executive oversight of billing, collections, claims management, and denial resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize reimbursement and reduce revenue leakage.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and Payer Strategy teams to optimize order-to-cash workflows.
• Lead, recruit, and develop high-performing teams across all revenue cycle functions.
• Develop revenue cycle reporting and analytics to identify operational gaps and performance trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Proven experience in DME, home medical equipment, or healthcare technology.
• Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer reimbursement rules.
• Ability to work from the Pittsburgh office 2-3 days per week.
• Strong strategic leadership and executive communication skills.
