What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end revenue accounting for Home Health, Hospice, and Personal Care programs.
• Manage ASC 606 technical positions, revenue models, and monthly financial entries.
• Build and maintain SOX-compliant revenue and billing controls.
• Lead and develop the revenue accounting team while partnering with Revenue Cycle, FP&A, and Clinical Ops.
• Drive automation and standardization across revenue workflows and financial system integrations.
• Support quarterly/annual audit processes and M&A due diligence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Active CPA license required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in ASC 606 and healthcare reimbursement (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Proven experience with public company reporting and SOX 404 compliance.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Eagle, ID or Salt Lake City, UT.

Nice to have

• Big Four or national firm accounting experience.
• Experience with post-acute healthcare systems like HCHB, MatrixCare, KanTime, or WellSky.
• Background in multi-state healthcare operations and M&A integration.
