What you will do

• Resolve discrepancies in membership and billing information via written, telephone, and online channels.
• Process and maintain membership data while managing multiple production-oriented tasks.
• Perform billing, accounts receivable, and reconciliation activities.
• Create and distribute billing materials and communications to clients and members.
• Conduct research to ensure full issue resolution and meet performance metrics.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of related, progressive experience in billing, enrollment, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be based in Florida.
• Basic accounting knowledge and ability to reconcile payment information.

Nice to have

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Prior experience in the healthcare industry or finance.
