What you will do

• Monitor staff and drive daily recovery productivity to ensure goals and SLAs are met.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and training to team members to resolve operational training gaps.
• Collaborate with leadership to set production goals and ensure areas are staffed appropriately.
• Manage provider and network outreach and handle escalated communications.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of operational procedures, policies, and tools.
• Assist with audit concept development and claims review.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue cycle or Recovery.
• 3+ years in a Healthcare claims or revenue cycle management environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced production or call center environment.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations, medical terminology, and coding (UB04, CMS 1500).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Medical billing/Coding certificate or specialized training.
