What you will do
- Generate and advance new project opportunities across solar, storage, and powered land by identifying high-value sites.
- Lead high-priority strategic initiatives and analyses to develop market insights and drive business outcomes.
- Develop executive-level materials and decision frameworks to communicate pipeline insights and investment recommendations.
- Partner with Policy, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to develop market advocacy strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders including utilities, ISOs, and regulators.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts and associates.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in power project development, origination, regulatory analysis, or infrastructure investment.
- Minimum 2–3 years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
- Deep expertise in U.S. power markets, ISO/RTO frameworks, and interconnection processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Proficiency in GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS) and advanced Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
