Salary: $180,000–$190,000 (base pay).

What you will do

• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality analytical solutions and strategic insights to energy clients.
• Manage complex client relationships from C-Suite to operational levels.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities to sell additional consulting services.
• Oversee and mentor junior team members to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop work plans, manage project scopes, and ensure profitability metrics are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate business strategies and improve service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; post-graduate degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
• Experience in Power & Renewables or Oil & Gas sectors.
• Strong analytical, project management, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to travel 60-80% of the time.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship.
