What you will do

• Configure and integrate marketing systems, including building automated data ingestion pipelines and ETL processes.
• Drive the marketing technology roadmap, including onboarding new platforms and ensuring data security compliance.
• Implement AI-driven tooling and integrations, such as Meta Ads AI Connectors and LLM-powered agents, to automate campaign workflows.
• Enable self-service data analytics by deploying AI agents for non-technical teams.
• Coordinate with engineering and vendor teams to align on sprint schedules and release plans.
• Maintain efficient processes and documentation while automating manual tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Analytics, or Marketing Technology roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with Databricks or Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services like S3 and Lambda.
• Experience applying systems thinking to drive AI-native workflows.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Wrike.
