What you will do

• Build and maintain agent capabilities using Agentforce Builder and New Graph Architecture.
• Develop agent topics, skills, and conversation flows for complex sales use cases.
• Implement integrations connecting agents to hirify.global Data Cloud, APIs, and external data sources.
• Write and optimize prompts for agent instructions, guardrails, and response generation.
• Develop data ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured content.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to contribute to all phases of the SDLC.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of software engineering experience
• Strong backend development skills in Java, Python, or similar statically-typed languages
• Foundational understanding of large language models and AI/ML frameworks
• Proficiency in data processing, REST/GraphQL APIs, and integration patterns
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
• Must be based in Mexico City

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Agentforce or Agent Builder
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt optimization
• Familiarity with hirify.global CRM and Data Cloud
• Experience building conversational interfaces or AI assistants
